Continental Shelf – We Went Catching – Friday – 8-19-11Tuesday, August 30th, 2011Man what a killer weekend on the water. The seas worked out as forcasted. Friday morning with a big ol’swell it was pretty getting prettier. Friday Trip first…Not a bad catch for coming in 2 hours early!

The weather was kind of snotty to start the day but got nicer as the day went. The fish chewed all day again! The SW wind has them feeding but the CURRENT was OMG! and screaming.

The fish were THICK! I think we threw back as much as we kept! American Reds, Gags, Black Sea Bass….
but we did manage to get some keepers too! Lots of Big’Ol Purty Beeliners! WHAT is that hanging out of his mouth?> A BUTTER Knife? Who would have thought!…LOL!

It is an honor to be able to take these guys and girls out for a day of fun!
